New Delhi, Nov 20: Even if it is your smartphone and your social media account, one should know their limitations of questioning as it might hurt anyone's sentiments or could be against any organisation or nation itself. A recent example of this was witnessed in Muzaffarnagar where an eighteen-year-old Zakir Ali Tyagi was just kidding on his Facebook account and he went on to discuss how river Ganga was a "living entity" and BJP's Ram Mandir master plans.
For all these random posts and discussion, Zakir was booked for 42 days by Muzaffarnagar police and he even paid bribes for using toilet
Zakir was booked under section 420 of the IPC (cheating) and section 66 of the IT Act. He was brutally beaten and even called as a terrorist. By the time he completed his given jail term, he eventually lost his job at a nearby steel plant.
