New Delhi, May 11: Having captured the domestic market with its strategy of offering data at dirt cheap rates, Reliance Jio is offering another year of free access under the Prime Membership scheme.
In its latest move, the Mukesh Ambani owned company is auto-renewing the Jio Prime membership for its users for another year.
Existing Prime Membership users can use the ‘My Jio’ app to check whether their membership has been renewed or not.
For this they need open the 'My Plans' section in the app by tapping on the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner. The required information will then be found in the 'Jio Prime Membership' option.
Jio Prime member can enjoy access to JioCinema, JioMusic, JioTV, and other apps by Jio. They can also avail of additional data and complimentary offers that are not available for regular Jio customers.
The company had stated that Prime members get “additional benefits and superior value” and will continue to enjoy the same every year.
Prime Membership users also have access to the best tariff rates in the industry, complimentary access to TV shows, movies, magazines, and more. The 'My Jio' app provides access to new deals and offers.
Prime memberships users also get exclusive content and other services such as Jio KBC Play, Platinum access to live shows, and more. It also offers 7 days catch up of live TV, sports commentary in local language and shots through different angles.
