From 'Vakrasana', 'Bhadrasana', 'Ustrasana' to 'Padahastasana', 'Ardha Chakrasana', PM Modi shared a string of animated versions of asanas. Yoga, asanas, and pranayama can not just boost your health but can help in resolving several health-related complications. The frequently changing and hectic lifestyle has become a major reason in most of the complications nowadays in one's sex life.
There are a series of yoga and asanas advised by yoga Guru Ramdev which can help in improving your sex life. Kundalini Yoga, Lotus posture, Uddiyana Bandha, Halasana, Matsyasana, Viprita Karani are such yogas if practiced regularly can help in improving your sex life.
To practice this yoga position, you need to sit with your spine straight.
Place your right foot on left thigh keeping your heels towards your abdomen.
Do the same with your left foot and place it on your right thigh.
Keep your hands on your knees.
To get better results, you need to hold the position for a few seconds.
Keep your knees at a distance in a sitting position.
Place your arms and hands on your thighs by bending a little forward.
Sit in a relaxing position by shifting all your torso weight to your hands.
Try to touch your chest with your chin.
Try to lift your belly up by inhaling.
Repeat the same yoga position after 5 seconds.
Lie down on a mat with your back in a resting position.
Try to lift your leg slowly in an upward position.
In order to keep the balance, place your hands on your back.
Try to align your legs straight with your body in a stretching position.
Now try to bring down your legs over your head.
Rest your hands on your back.
Release the position after 15-30seconds.
Lie down on your mat by your back resting downward.
Keep your elbows closer with your hands resting on your back.
Lift your legs by straightening them with the help of your hands.
Keep your legs firm and try to stretch them to bring your toes straight up to your nose.
Hold the posture for 30 seconds and then release.
