Sarvangasana or Shoulder Stand Pose

Suryanamaskar or Sun Salutation

Baddha Konasana or Butterfly Pose

It is a very simple pose yet very effective. It helps to open up the hip and stretches the groin and thighs. The kidneys and bladder get stimulated and concentration and balance improves. It can be given certain variations in its posture to make it more fun and interesting for kids.
