  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 finely chopped onions
  • 2 chopped sprigs of leek
  • 2 chopped sprigs of celery
  • 2 sliced ​​turnips
  • 2 chopped carrots
  • 2 leaves sprig fennel
  • 1 bunch of parsley stalks
  • 3 finely chopped green chillies
  • 5 large cups of water

How to make the soup?
