This popular vegetarian alternative to meat kebabs is becoming more popular every day and can now be found on menus everywhere, from street food stalls to fancy restaurants. It’s used in a variety of dishes, including rolls, wraps, and salads. The video starts with soybeans being crushed in an old factory mixer grinder. A worker then mixes the batter with his bare hands, dipping his arms up to his elbows.
