Valentine’s Day 2023: The week of love has started and as it is said that the way to the heart is through the stomach so why not do something special for your partner? You can prepare a special sweet for them. On Valentine’s Week Special, here is the recipe for Rose Pudding. 

Valentine’s Day 2023: Rose Milk Pudding Recipe Ingredients

  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • China Grass (Remy Fiber)
  • Water

Recipe

  • First of all, soak China grass i.e. Remy fibre for 10 minutes. After this, put water in a vessel and heat it on a low flame. You have to boil it until this grass is completely mixed in water.
  • On the other hand, mix milk and sugar in a vessel and boil it. After boiling, add the dissolved water of China grass to it. After this, add rose syrup to the mixture. 
  • Boil it and cook it for about 3 minutes. After this turn off the gas. After 5 minutes, when the mixture is slightly warm, put it in the mould of pudding.
  • After putting it in the pudding mould, leave it for some time to set. It will take at least 15 minutes to set up. After setting, keep it in the fridge for about two hours to set. After this, you can serve it by decorating it. You can also put rose petals on top.
