Til Ka Laddu: Corona is knocking once again. Doctors and health specialists tell special ways to increase immunity. Sesame (Til) is very helpful in increasing immunity. According to health experts, not only can one stay away from corona by consuming sesame seeds, but it is also very effective in keeping cold away.
Sesame laddus are very tasty to eat. Both black and white til laddoos are very famous in North India, especially during winter. Let us tell you the recipe for making sesame ladoo.
Material
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/5 cup peanuts
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup jaggery
Til Ka Laddu: Recipe
Heat a frypan or a medium size pan. When the pan becomes hot, put sesame seeds in it and roast it on low flame for a while. After the color changes, take it out in a vessel and cool it.
Now put peanuts in the pan. After a while add coconut powder to it. After roasting on low flame for two to four minutes, take it out in a utensil and cool it.
Now again add jaggery and water to the pan. Cook it on low flame till bubbles come out of it. Then add roasted sesame seeds, peanuts and coconut powder to it. Mix all the three in jaggery and leave it to cool down.
When the mixture of jaggery and sesame becomes cool, then make small laddus out of it.
