Suji Kheer Recipe: Ingredients
- 4 tbsp semolina
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cashew
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp almonds
- 1 tbsp pistachios
- 1 tsp green cardamom crushed
Method
First of all, turn on the gas and heat a pan by placing it on it. After this, add 1 spoon of ghee to it. Now add cashews, pistachios, almonds and raisins to it and fry for about 3 minutes. After this, turn off the gas and take them out.
Now put a pan on the gas and add ghee to it and heat it. After this add semolina and roast it on low flame. Now add milk and sugar to it and boil till it thickens.
When cooked well, add roasted nuts to it. Finally add cardamom powder and cook for two minutes. In this way semolina kheer will be ready. Now turn off the gas and it is ready to serve.
