Suji Corn Balls Recipe: Ingredients
½ cup semolina
¼ cup boiled corn
1 finely chopped green chilli
1 piece grated ginger
½ tsp chili flakes
½ tsp chaat masala
oil for frying
take salt as per taste
To make Suji Corn Balls, first heat water in a pan.
Now put semolina in hot water, mix it well and keep it covered for some time.
When the semolina puffs up well, take it out and keep it aside.
Now add ginger, black pepper and green chili to the boiled corn and grind it coarsely in the mixer.
After this add semolina to this coarse corn paste.
Now add green coriander, chaat masala, chili flakes, salt and a little oil to the semolina and mix well.
After this apply some oil on your hands and make small balls from the mixture.
When all the balls are ready, heat oil in a pan.
Now put the prepared balls in the pan and deep fry them.
Now turn them from both the sides to make them golden and crispy.
