New Delhi: Suhana Khan is having a great year! The Archies, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s daughter, will make her Bollywood debut soon. Prior to then, she is said to have purchased a home in Alibaug. According to reports, it is a seaside destination for Mumbai’s rich and famous. It is valued at Rs 12.91 crore.
Suhana Khan, according to media reports, has spent Rs 12.91 crore on a home in Thal Village, Alibaug. The property consists of three residences built on 1.5 acres of land. According to ETimes reporting, the transaction took place on June 1. Suhana is described as an agriculturist in the registration forms. Suhana also paid Rs 77.46 lakh in stamp duty.
According to the sources, the land was purchased from three sisters named Anjali, Rekha, and Priya Khot, who inherited it from their parents. Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan has a sea-facing house in Thal. It has a swimming pool and a helipad.
