Soya Pulao: Soybean is very good for health. Protein is found in abundance in it. Soya Pulao is a good option for those who want to eat something good with little effort. It takes very less effort to make and the test is rich. Whenever you are less hungry and feel like eating something good, you can make this dish quickly. Whether it is a child or an adult in the house, everyone will like it very much. You follow this method to make it.
Soya Pulao: Ingredients
- Rice – 2 cups
- Soya chunks – 1 cup
- Onion finely chopped – 1
- Green coriander finely chopped – 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin – 1/2 tsp
- oil – as required
- salt – as per taste

Recipe
- To make soya pulao, first of all clean the rice and wash it thoroughly in two waters.
- Now add rice and water as per requirement in the pressure cooker and cook till one whistle.
- After this let the pressure of the cooker release.
- Now put water in a vessel to heat it.
- When the water becomes hot enough, put soybeans in it. And boil it well.
- When the soybeans become soft, take them out in a plate.
- Now put some oil in a pan and heat it, when the oil becomes hot, put cumin seeds in it.
- When the cumin seeds are roasted, add finely chopped onions to it and fry them till they turn brown.
- Now add boiled rice and soya chunks to it.
- Mix everything well.
- Now add black pepper powder and salt as per taste to the casserole.
- After this cover the pan and let the casserole cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Keep in mind that keep stirring the soya pulao with the help of a ladle in between.
- Now your soya pulao is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Now serve it with raita or curd.
