Soya Paneer Recipe: Paneer is definitely made when there is a party in the house. Many types of dishes like Matar Paneer, Palak Paneer, Shahi Paneer and many other dishes are made from paneer. But today we are telling you the method of making soya paneer, those who are fond of eating non-veg, once they have eaten soya paneer, they will forget the taste of non-veg.

Actually, the test of soya paneer is somewhat similar to non-veg. If you have a guest coming home who is fond of non-veg food, then you can make soya paneer for them. Let’s know how to make soya paneer.

Soya Paneer Recipe: Ingredients

  • Soya paneer cubes – 2 bowl
  • Tomato – 2
  • Onion – 2
  • Garlic-green chili paste – 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder – 2 tsp
  • Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder – 3/4 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Paneer masala – 1 tsp
  • Whole cumin – 1 tsp
  • Green coriander leaves – 2-3 tbsp
  • oil – as needed
  • salt – as per taste

Recipe

  • To make soya paneer curry, first cut paneer into 1-1 inch square pieces.
  • After this, put oil in a pan and let it heat on medium heat.
  • When the oil becomes hot, add paneer pieces and fry till they turn light brown.
  • When the paneer is fried, take it out in a plate.
  • After this prepare tomato puree.
  • Now put some more oil in the pan and heat it.
  • When the oil becomes hot, put cumin seeds in it and crackle.
  • Now add finely chopped onion and fry it.
  • Fry the onions till golden brown, and then add tomato puree to it.
  • When the puree starts to boil lightly, add all the spices including turmeric, red chili, coriander.
  • After this, keep adding water little by little to the gravy, and cook it well.
  • When the gravy is well prepared, add fried paneer pieces to it.
  • Now mix the paneer well in the gravy, and add salt and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Now your soya paneer is ready, garnish it with coriander leaves.
  • Now you can serve it with roti, rice or naan.
