Soya Chunks Paratha: Ingredients

Ajwain – 1/4 tsp Oil - 1 tsp Soybean - 50 grams Oil - 1 tbsp Cumin - 1/2 tsp Onion - 1 (finely chopped) Tomato – 1 finely chopped, you can also remove its seeds) Garlic - 4 to 5 cloves (grated) Ginger – 1/2 inch (grated) Green chili - 2 (finely chopped) Coriander powder - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - as per taste or 1/2 tsp Chaat masala powder – 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Green coriander leaves - (finely chopped)

Recipes

  • To make soya chunks paratha, first of all keep soya chunks in hot water for 10-15 minutes to soak.
  • Add salt and green coriander to the dough until you knead it very soft, and leave it on the rest for 20-25 minutes.
  • Now squeeze the soaked soya chunks to separate them from the water and take them out in a plate.
  • After this, put desi ghee in a pan and heat it and splutter it by adding cumin seeds.
  • Now add soya chunks and finely chopped onion to it and fry till it becomes golden.
  • Now add turmeric, salt, chaat masala, garam masala, garlic, ginger, tomato sauce and mix.
  • Your paratha stuffing is ready. Now break the dough ball.
  • After this, roll out a small roti from the dough, put the stuffing in it and roll it out.
  • Now put the paratha on a hot griddle and roast it till it turns golden brown from both the sides by applying ghee.
  • Your super tasty and healthy soya chunks parathas are ready. Now serve them hot with sauce.
  • You can also serve these parathas with curd or pickle in your kids' lunch.
