Sitaphal Basundi: Custard Apple Basundi (Sitaphal Basundi) is a delectable variation on traditional Basundi (an Indian dessert made by reducing milk). Once the ordinary Basundi has cooled, ripe custard apple pulp is added to it.
This dessert is appropriate for festivals like Holi and special occasions. It is also appropriate for vrat (Hindu fasting) days such as Navratri, Shivratri, and Janamashtami.
