Sitaphal Basundi: Ingredients

  • 1 Litre Milk
  • Sitafal Pulp
  • Dry fruits to Garnish

Method

1. Pour 1 litre of milk into a saucepan. Boil and reduce on low heat until it becomes thick.

2. Let it cool for a while.

3. Serve with seed sitafal or custard apple. Scoop off the pulp from the fresh sitafal and mix it thoroughly with the cold milk.

4. Pour it into a glass and garnish with dryfruits to complete your Sitafal Basundi.
