Ingredients

To make Shahi Tukda at home, you need white bread, desi ghee or olive oil, sugar and water and cardamom for fragrance. Also make rabdi with milk, sugar and dry fruits.

Method of making Shahi Tukda

To make Shahi Tukda, first you have to take white bread and cut it from the edge. After this, cut the bread into triangular or square shape and then cut one bread into 2 or 4 pieces.

After this, heat ghee in a pan and fry the bread well. After this, take water and sugar in a pan and prepare its syrup. (For this you have to make a thin syrup) After the syrup is ready, mix cardamom powder in it.

After this, boil milk, sugar free and saffron in a pan. Also, add small raisins and cashews to it. As soon as you feel that the milk has become like rabri, then turn off the gas and then let it cool down.

After this, put all the royal pieces in sugar syrup and take them out in a plate. After this, apply some rabdi on the pieces of bread dipped in sugar syrup and then let it cool down. After this, you can serve it by putting dry fruits on it.
