Shahi Bhindi Recipe: Ingredients
Bhindi 500 grams, Tomato 2 chopped, Onion 2 chopped, Garlic clove 5, Ginger 1 piece, Green chili 2, Red chili powder 1 tsp, Turmeric powder 3/4 tsp, Coriander powder 1 tsp, Cream 1 tsp, Curd 1 tsp, salt as per taste, oil as required, cashews as per taste, almonds as per taste, bay leaves as per taste, cinnamon as per taste
Method
To make shahi bhindi, first you have to take bhindi and wash them well. Then keep them to dry the water. Then take a pan and put some oil in it and let it heat on low flame. After this, add tomatoes, onions, garlic, green chillies, almonds and cashews to it.
Make smooth paste
After this add water to it and let it boil till it becomes soft and then turn off the gas. Then you give this mixture to cool down. Then when it cools down, put it in a mixer and make a smooth paste out of it. After this, take another pan and let it heat on low flame.
Half Fry Bhindi
After this add oil to it and half fry the lady finger in the oil. Then take out the bhindi in another vessel. After this, heat some oil and fry it by adding bay leaves and cinnamon. Then add the prepared paste to it and after that add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder and curd to it.
Shahi bhindi is ready
After this, if you feel the need, you can add water to it. Then put the fried okra in it and then let it cook for at least 5-6 minutes. After this you add cream and add garam masala as well and you can add kasoori methi as well. After this your royal bhindi is ready, now you can serve it.
