Sattu Paratha: Ingredients
2 cups – Sattu
Two spoons – Ghee
3 cups – wheat flour
1 lemon
5 crushed – garlic
Two finely chopped onions
One spoon – dried mango powder
Half teaspoon – celery
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
3 finely chopped – green chilies
Half a bowl – Mustard oil
3 tbsp chopped – green coriander
salt (to taste)

First knead the dough. Take a parat for this or you can also take a big bowl. Put the flour in it. Now add 1 teaspoon ghee and half teaspoon salt to it. After this, knead the dough well by taking water as required. After this cover the dough and keep it aside.
The second step to make Sattu Paratha is to prepare its masala. For this, put sattu, finely chopped garlic and ginger in a bowl. Also add chopped coriander, celery, two spoons of mustard oil and lemon juice to it. Mix everything well. In this way the paste of Sattu will be ready.
The third and last step to make Sattu Paratha is to make its Paratha. To make paratha, take the dough and knead it once more. After this prepare small balls. Now fill the prepared Sattu masala in the same way as you make any stuffing paratha.
