Rice Samosa: Ingredients
- 1 cup – cooked rice
- 1 cup – all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp – butter
- 1 spoon – desi ghee
- 1/4 cup – chopped green onions
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Rice Samosa Filling Recipe
- First, wash 1 cup of rice
- Now put the rice on the gas to cook it in the cooker
- After cooking, keep the rice in a utensil
- If you want, you can also use cooked rice
- Place a pan on the gas and add some butter or ghee to it
- After this, lightly fry the finely chopped chillies and onions
- Now add cooked rice and add chilli sauce and salt as per taste
- Cook it for 2 minutes and turn off the gas

- Step 1- To make rice samosa, along with the filling, kneading the flour for it is also an important task. Put about 1 cup of all-purpose flour in a vessel. Add a pinch of salt and desi ghee along with a little lukewarm water to it, and knead it well like a dough. After this, cover the kneaded dough with a wet cotton cloth. Use it after about 15 minutes.
- Step 2- Knead the dough once again before using it for 15 minutes. Make a dough out of it and roll it long. After making the shape of a round roti, cut it from the middle. Make a triangle by taking one part and filling in it. Apply water to one side of the other upper part and stick it giving the shape of a samosa. Prepare all the samosas in this way.
- Step 3- The last step to make rice samosa is to keep a pan on the gas. Add oil to it and heat it on low flame. Now put the samosa one by one. Now deep fry these samosas. After this, serve on a plate with chutney.
