Pyaz ki Kachori Ki Recipe: It is winter season and if Kachori is not eaten, then there is no enjoyment of cold. If you get hot kachoris with hot tea in the cold season, then it is a pleasure. That’s why Kachori food is prepared once in the winter. But even today there are some people who do not know the correct recipe for making Kachori and are not able to make it.

Therefore, to overcome this problem, we have come up with the recipe of Crispy Kachori, which you can make in a very short time and in a very easy way and feed your family and friends. So let’s know how to make Onion Kachori.

Pyaz ki Kachori Ki Recipe: Ingredients

  • Potatoes boiled – 2
  • medium onion chopped – 2 to 3,
  • gram flour – 3 tsp,
  • asafoetida – 1/2 tsp,
  • oil – 1 tsp,
  •  crushed coriander – 2 tsp,
  • oil – 1 tsp,
  • red chili powder – One and a half tea spoon,
  • Black salt – 1 tea spoon,
  • Chaat masala – one and a half tea spoon,
  • Garam masala – 1/2 tea spoon
  • Green chili chopped – 2

Ingredients needed to prepare the dough

Maida – 200 grams, Carom seeds – 1/2 tsp, Oil – 6 tsp, Salt – as per taste

Method

To make onion kachori, first of all, you have to take a pan and put oil in it. Keep it for heating. Add asafoetida and coriander to it and let it cook for two minutes.

After this, add gram flour, red chili powder, chaat masala, garam masala and black salt. Fry it for some time and then add chopped onion, green chili and salt and mix it well.

After this, you have to cook the onion until it becomes soft and then add potatoes to it and then mix this mixture well and make it homogeneous and after that keep it to cool for some time.

Make dough for Kachori and for this you have to first take all purpose flour and for this mix salt, carom seeds and a little oil in the all purpose flour and make the dough soft. After making the dough, cover it with a wet cloth and then after half an hour make balls out of it.

After this, stuff the stuff you have prepared by filling it in flour and pressing it with your hands and making balls like kachoris and after that let it thicken, so that it does not spread in the oil when it is fried.

Fry it on low flame and let it be deep fried for 10-15 minutes. After this take them out from the oil and your onion kachori is ready. You can serve it with tamarind chutney and coriander, mint chutney.
