Pumpkin Halwa Recipe: Ingredients
- Ghee (⅓ cup)
- Jaggery (1 cup)
- Cloves (3-4)
- Green Cardamom (1)
- salt (a pinch)
- Black pepper (½ tsp)
- White Pumpkin (1½ kg)
- Fresh turmeric root (150 grams)
- Dry Ginger Powder / Sonth (¼ tsp)
- chopped pistachios

Method
- Grate the pumpkin after washing it well.
- Keep in mind that the pumpkin should not be yellow but white.
- Cut it into small pieces and make pumpkin.
- Keep in mind that you have to separate its seeds.
- After this, grate raw turmeric and pumpkin.
- Now place a pan on the gas and heat the ghee in it.
- Add raw turmeric and pumpkin to it and cook while stirring continuously.
- After cooking it for about 20 minutes, cover it and cook it on a light gas.
- After a while, when the water starts coming out of the pumpkin, keep cooking it till it dries up.
- During this, you have to keep stirring it, now mix jaggery in it.
- Cook with jaggery for about 20 minutes and then add other ingredients to it.
- In this way immunity booster halwa will be ready, you can garnish it with the help of dryfruits. Children may also like it very much.
