Potato Pancakes Recipe: Ingredients

• 2 potatoes
• Salt as needed
• 1 tbsp flour
• 2 tbsp oil

Method

• First of all, to make Korean Potato Jeon, take potatoes and wash them well and grate them.
• Now take out the grated potatoes on a plate, add flour and salt to it and mix.
• After that, add grated potatoes to it.
• Now take a pan, and keep it to gurgle.
• When the pan becomes hot, add oil to it and spread it well.
• After that take a little of the prepared mixture, pour it into the pan and spread it in a round shape.
• Now fry the Korean Potato Jeon Pancakes till they turn golden brown from both sides.
• Similarly, prepare all the pancakes from the remaining mixture.
• Your Tasty Pancakes are ready. Now you can eat them with your favourite sauce or dip.
