Potato Frankie: Ingredients
- wheat flour
- mayonnaise
- four boiled potatoes
- a chopped onion
- green coriander
- processed cheese
- salt to taste
- two teaspoons coriander powder
- one teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon amchur powder
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon red chili sauce
- 1 finely chopped tomato
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- ¼ cup finely chopped capsicum
- 2 tbsp finely chopped cabbage

Method
- First knead the soft dough well.
- After this, bake a normal paratha with flour on a griddle.
- On the other hand, put a pan on the gas and heat oil in it.
- Add onion, ginger and garlic paste and fry it.
- Mash the boiled potatoes well and add to it.
- Add tomatoes, capsicum, green chillies to it.
- Now mix turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, dried mango powder and chaat masala.
- After this, mix tomato sauce and red chili sauce as well.
- Finally add coriander and salt as per taste and mix.
- Cook well for some time.
- After this, apply mayonnaise on the paratha to make Potato Frankie.
- Put the mixture prepared in it in the middle of the paratha.
