Poha Recipe: Ingredients
1 cup- Poha
1 bowl - Peanuts
2 spoons - oil
1/4 tsp - cumin
1/4 tsp - Fennel seeds
3 to 4 green chilies
Curry leaves - 6-7
Green chili - 3-4
salt to taste
1 tbsp - Lemon juice
coriander leaves for garnish
1/4 tsp - mustard or mustard seeds
1/2 tsp- turmeric powder

Method
To make poha, it is necessary to clean and wash it well first.
Wash the poha thoroughly with water and keep it in a bowl.
After this, heat a pan on the gas.
Now put some oil in it and heat it.
Fry the peanuts in it till golden brown.
Take out the roasted peanuts in a bowl.
After this heat the oil again in the pan.
Cook cumin, mustard and fennel in it till it crackles.
After this, fry curry leaves and chopped green chilies as well.
After this add the cleaned poha to it and mix it well.
After frying for two minutes, turn off the gas.
After adding salt and lemon, garnish with green coriander and serve.
