If you are in a hurry in the morning, you can easily make this Poha recipe, which will hardly take even 10 minutes to prepare. Let's know the method of making Poha.

Poha Recipe: Ingredients

  • 1 cup- Poha
  • 1 bowl - Peanuts
  • 2 spoons - oil
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin
  • 1/4 tsp - Fennel seeds
  • 3 to 4 green chilies
  • Curry leaves - 6-7
  • Green chili - 3-4
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • coriander leaves for garnish
  • 1/4 tsp - mustard or mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp- turmeric powder

Method

  • To make poha, it is necessary to clean and wash it well first.
  • Wash the poha thoroughly with water and keep it in a bowl.
  • After this, heat a pan on the gas.
  • Now put some oil in it and heat it.
  • Fry the peanuts in it till golden brown.
  • Take out the roasted peanuts in a bowl.
  • After this heat the oil again in the pan.
  • Cook cumin, mustard and fennel in it till it crackles.
  • After this, fry curry leaves and chopped green chilies as well.
  • After this add the cleaned poha to it and mix it well.
  • After frying for two minutes, turn off the gas.
  • After adding salt and lemon, garnish with green coriander and serve.
