Poha Recipe: Ingredients
- 1 cup- Poha
- 1 bowl – Peanuts
- 2 spoons – oil
- 1/4 tsp – cumin
- 1/4 tsp – Fennel seeds
- 3 to 4 green chilies
- Curry leaves – 6-7
- Green chili – 3-4
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
- coriander leaves for garnish
- 1/4 tsp – mustard or mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp- turmeric powder

Method
- To make poha, it is necessary to clean and wash it well first.
- Wash the poha thoroughly with water and keep it in a bowl.
- After this, heat a pan on the gas.
- Now put some oil in it and heat it.
- Fry the peanuts in it till golden brown.
- Take out the roasted peanuts in a bowl.
- After this heat the oil again in the pan.
- Cook cumin, mustard and fennel in it till it crackles.
- After this, fry curry leaves and chopped green chilies as well.
- After this add the cleaned poha to it and mix it well.
- After frying for two minutes, turn off the gas.
- After adding salt and lemon, garnish with green coriander and serve.
