Paneer Tikka Toast: Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Paneer
- 3 tbsp Thick curd
- 2 tbsp Besan
- 1/2 tbsp Chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp Pepper
- A pinch of turmeric
- Salt according to taste
- 1/2 cup Roughly chopped onion and capsicum
- 2 slices Bread
Method
- In a large mixing basin, combine the curd, besan, and all of the spices. Combine this, followed by the paneer, onion, and capsicum. Set it aside for ten minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pan before adding the marinated paneer. Allow it to cook until golden brown.
- Place the paneer tikka on the bread and broil it.
- Serve with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
