Paneer Makhmali Recipe
Paneer – 250 grams
Almonds – 15-20
Tomato – 4-5
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Onion – 2
Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Oil – 2-3 tbsp
salt – as per taste
Recipe
- To make Paneer Makhmali, first of all soak almonds in water overnight.
- Now cut the paneer into small pieces, making sure that the paneer is soft.
- Now take onion and chop it finely and keep it in a plate.
- Now put chopped tomatoes in a mixer and add soaked almonds and grind them.
- Now heat a pan on the gas and put oil in it and heat it.
- After this, add chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste and fry while stirring.
- When it turns brown, add tomato and almond paste to it and mix.
- After this add coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric and mix it well.
- After some time, when the gravy is cooked well, add chopped paneer pieces to it and marinate it well.
- Let it cook for some time and then add a cup of water, a little sugar and salt as per taste.
- Now cook the vegetable on low flame till the gravy leaves the oil, after that turn off the gas.
