Paneer Makhana Recipe: Ingredients

  • Paneer – 2 cups
  • Makhana – 2 cups
  • Onion – 1
  • Tomato – 1
  • Cream – 2 tbsp
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
  • Meat masala – 1 tsp (optional)
  • Coriander leaves – 3-4 tbsp
  • Oil – 4-5 tbsp
  • salt – as per taste

Recipe

  • To make Paneer Makhana Recipe, first wash the paneer with clean water, then cut it into square pieces.
  • Now clean the makhanas too.
  • After this, heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer in it.
  • You have to fry the paneer till it turns golden brown.
  • By the time the paneer is being fried, do more preparations.
  • For this, finely chop the onion.
  • And put the tomato pieces in the mixer jar and grind it.
  • Also make ginger garlic paste.
  • Now your paneer is also fried, so take it out in a plate.
  • Now put some more oil in the pan and fry the onion in it.
  • When the onion turns golden brown, add garlic-ginger paste to it.
