Paneer Dahi Bhalle: Ingredients
- Paneer – 300 grams
- Boiled Potato – 3
- 1- Green chili finely chopped
- Cornflour – 3 tbsp
- 1/2 inch ginger, finely chopped
- Whisked Curd – 6 cups
- chilli powder
- salt to taste
- Roasted Cumin Powder
- sweet sauce
- tamarind sour chutney
Method
- First of all grate the potatoes.
- And then mash the paneer well in the grated potatoes.
- Now mix both of them well by hand.
- Now comes the turn of corn flour and grated ginger.
- After this add red chili powder and salt as per taste.
- Now mix all these things well, and leave it for a while.
- Now put oil in a pan and put it on the gas to heat
- Now apply a little oil on your hands to make instant potato and paneer bhallas.
- By applying oil, the mixture does not stick to the hands. And easily become round balls.
- Now make Golgol Bhalle from this prepared mixture and deep fry it in oil.
- Fry the bhallas until they turn golden brown, and then take them out in a plate.
