Paneer Cutlet Recipe: Ingredients
- 2 cups – paneer crumble
- a potato boiled
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 2 tbsp carrot (grated)
- two chopped green chilies
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp dried mango powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp green coriander
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- oil for frying
- salt to taste
Procedure
First of all take a bowl and mash the paneer in it. Mix a boiled potato in it as well. Mix chopped vegetables like onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, grated carrots etc. in it. Now add ginger paste, dry mango powder, red chilli powder, salt as per taste and garam masala and mix it.
After this add 2 tbsp corn flour and mix it well to make a soft stuffing. If you want, you can add more or less cornflour as per the requirement. After this, take another utensil and add all purpose flour, corn flour, black pepper, salt as per taste and 1/4 cup of water and mix it to make a batter.
Now you have to apply some oil on the palm of your hand and grease it. After this, take the prepared mixture in your hands and shape it like a cutlet. After this, dip it in flour mixture and apply it in breadcrumbs (grind bread in a mixer). When the cutlets are well wrapped in bread crumbs, then fry them. Deep fry all the paneer cutlets in this way. You can serve it with tea or coffee.
