- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
- ½ teaspoon kasuri methi
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
Step By Step Guide
Prepare The Base
Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle. Add chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until onions are golden brown.
Cook The Tomatoes
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the spices blend well.
Add The Paneer
Lower the heat and add crumbled paneer. Mix gently to combine with the masala. Cook for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the paneer remains soft and does not dry out.

Add garam masala, kasuri methi, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well. Drizzle lemon juice for a tangy touch (optional).
