Palak-Soya Recipe: Ingredients

Spinach - 500 grams Soywadi - 100 grams Onion-ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp Tomato - 1 chopped Asafoetida – 1 pinch Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon Red chili powder - half teaspoon Cumin – ½ tsp Turmeric powder - half teaspoon salt to taste

Method

  • To make spinach-soybean curry, first clean the spinach.
  • Now finely chop the spinach, and keep the spinach in a plate.
  • After this, soak the soybeans for about 30 minutes.
  • After this, put oil in a pan and let it heat up.
  • Now put asafetida, cumin seeds in it and splutter the cumin seeds.
  • Now add onion, garlic and ginger paste to it.
  • After about a minute, add chili, turmeric, coriander powder to it.
  • After this, you also add tomatoes and salt to it.
  • Now add soybeans to it and mix everything well.
  • After this, put some water in it and keep it to cook on a low flame.
  • When the masala is roasted, add chopped green chilies and spinach to it.
  • After this, again put it to cook on a low flame.
  • After about 5 minutes you turn off the gas.
  • Your spinach soybean is ready, now serve it with roti, rice or puri.
