Palak Paneer Bhurji: Ingredients
- 1 bowl finely chopped spinach
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 finely chopped tomato
- ½ finely chopped ginger
- 1 finely chopped green chilli
- finely chopped coriander
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ bowl paneer
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 small piece cinnamon
- salt to taste
Method
- To make Palak Paneer Bhurji, heat oil in a pan.
- When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds and bay leaves.
- When it crackles well, add ginger, green chillies and cinnamon and fry it.
- After this, you also put onion in it and cook till it becomes golden.
- Now add red chili, coriander, turmeric and salt to it, and mix well.
- After some time add tomatoes to it, cover and cook.
- When the tomatoes become soft, add spinach to it.
- After cooking for about a minute, mix paneer in it.
- Now stir it well with the help of a ladle, so that the paneer becomes fine.
- After this, add garam masala and green coriander to it and mix and let it cook for some time.
