Paal Poli Recipe: Ingredients

  • Maida (1 cup)
  • Semolina (1/2 cup)
  • Sugar (1/2 cup)
  • Milk (500 ml)
  • Saffron threads (10-15)
  • Cashew (1/4 cup)
  • Almonds (1/4 cup)
  • Cardamom powder (1/2 tsp)

Recipe

First of all take a big bowl. Knead a soft dough by adding semolina, refined flour, a pinch of salt, half a teaspoon of sugar and water as required. After kneading the dough well, leave it covered for about 10 minutes.

On the other hand, keep the milk to boil in a pan or a pan. Boil it till it becomes thick. After seeing the consistency, put saffron threads in the milk. Apart from this, mix sugar and cook well for about 5 minutes. Now sprinkle cardamom powder in the milk as well. Boil for a few minutes and then turn off the gas.

After this you have to take kneaded dough. Make small balls out of it and roll it. In this way, we are making bell-like puris. Now fry it like puris by adding oil in a pan. After this, dip these fried puris in boiled condensed milk.

Now take out the puris with milk in a plate to serve. Garnish with some flavored milk, saffron threads and chopped almonds, cashews, pistachios, etc. dry fruits and serve on top. Apart from looking at this dish, the taste is also very tasty.
