Orange Kheer Recipe: Ingredients

Orange – 1/2 kg
Milk – 1 liter
Milk Maid – 100 grams
Saffron – 1 pinch
Mawa – 100 grams
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Dry fruits – 2 tbsp
sugar – as per taste

Recipe

  • Eating orange kheer is very tasty in orange kheer which is also very good for health.
  • To make this, you first cut small pieces of dry fruits.
  • After this, pour milk in a pan and keep it on medium heat to heat.
  • Keep in mind that the milk has to be boiled until it remains half.
  • While the milk is boiling, peel the oranges and separate them into slices.
  • Now separate all the orange pulp and take it out in a bowl.
  • After this, add milk made and mawa to the milk, mix it well and let the milk boil for two more minutes.
  • After this, add half a teaspoon of cardamom powder, chopped dry fruits and a few strands of saffron to the mixture and mix well.
  • Now turn off the gas and keep it to cool down, and when the milk cools down, add orange pulp to it.
  • After this, you mix it well, and keep it in the fridge for half an hour so that it cools down.
  • Now serve the cold kheer and win applause from everyone.
