Choco Lava Cake (Eggless)

Ingredients:
- Dark Chocolate- 100 gms
- Butter- 50 gms
- All- purpose flour- 1/2 cup
- Cocoa Powder- 1/4 cup
- Powdered Sugar – 1/4 cup
- Baking Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Milk- 1/2 cup
Steps:
- Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave or double boiler.
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients, gradually adding milk for a smooth batter.
- Pour batter into a greased ramekin, leaving some chocolate chunks in the center.
- Bake at 180 180-degree Celsius for 10- 12 minutes and serve warm.
Paneer Tikka

- 200 gms paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp chat masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- Salt to taste
- Assorted bell peppers and onion, cut into cubes

- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric, chat masala, lemon juice, mustard oil, and salt.
- Add paneer cubes, bell peppers, and onions to the marinade. Mix well and let it sit for 30 minutes.
