Namkeen Rice Jalebi: Ingredients

Rice – 1 kg, 1 tbsp cumin powder, salt as per taste, chaat masala 2 tbsp, food color as required, 2 meter plastic

To make Namkeen Jalebi, first you have to soak the rice. For this, take rice and soak it in a bowl.

After this, boil the rice a lot. (Keep in mind that the better the rice melts, the better the jalebi will be made) After this, you have to prepare a plastic funnel. You can either make it at home or buy it from the market.

After this, mash the rice well and prepare a thick solution. Along with this, now add cumin, salt and spicy spices to this ball and mix it well.

Fill this mixture in the funnel, keep in mind that the solution should not be too thin, otherwise the jalebis will not be made properly. After this, spread a plastic and apply oil on it and spread it in the sun and prepare rice jalebis by making it with the help of a funnel.

After this, you leave it to dry in the sun. Let it dry for at least 5 hours and then expose it to sunlight again on the second day. When it dries, fry it and serve it. Also, you can store it in a container and fry it when needed.
