The recipe for making Multi Millet Pancake (Pancake Easy Recipe) is very easy. It doesn’t require any special ingredients either. Multi-millet pancake is prepared with jaggery, millet, milk etc. It takes about 20 minutes to make it. Consuming pancakes for breakfast is considered very good. Let us tell you the easy recipe for Bajra Pancake.

Multi-millet Pancakes Recipe: Ingredients

  • Multi Millet Mix (15 g)
  • Wheat flour (30 grams)
  • Egg (1/4 cup)
  • Jaggery (15 grams)
    Milk (50 ml)
  • butter (10 grams)

Multi-millet Pancakes Recipe with Eggs

Mix well the dry ingredients including the multi millet mix and whole wheat flour and ½ teaspoon baking powder. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs well until frothy and gradually whisk in the jaggery powder and milk. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and beat until no lumps remain in the batter.

Heat a non-stick pan, add ½ teaspoon of butter to grease the pan evenly, pour in a tablespoon of the pancake batter and cook till it turns golden brown in color from both the sides. In this way the pancake is ready, now serve it hot with maple syrup and feed it to your family members.

Recipe without Eggs

Mix multi millet mix, whole wheat flour and milk in a bowl. After beating well, if you feel the need of milk in it, then add some more milk and mix it well. Keep in mind that you do not have to add too much milk, otherwise the pancakes will not become soft and fluffy. After this mix jaggery powder also and then prepare pancake on the pan.
