Moong Dal Pakoda: Ingredients 

  • 2 cups Moong Dal
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 finely chopped large onion
  • 1 tomato
  • Half a cup of finely chopped coriander
  • salt
  • Black pepper
  • Half a teaspoon of whole coriander

Process

  • First of all, wash the moong dal and soak it for 2-3 hours.
  • After this, grind the soaked moong dal in the mixie.
  • Now take out the paste of moong dal in a bowl.
  • Now add finely chopped or grated onion to it.
  • Then add finely chopped coriander to it as well as add ginger paste.
  • Now, add chopped coriander, whole coriander, black pepper and salt and mix.
  • Now mix it but be careful not to make the paste thin or thick.
  • After this, cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces and put them in the mixer.
  • Add coriander leaves, ginger and salt and make a sauce by adding some water.

First of all, take a pan and add oil to it and heat it a little. Now pour the batter prepared for the pakodas into the heated oil little by little now make the pakodas one by one and take out the moong dal pakodas on a separate plate.
