Mix Veg Paratha: Ingredients
Flour – 100 grams
Boiled peas – 1/2 cup
Potato boiled – 1
Finely chopped cabbage – 1 cup
Cauliflower grated – 1 cup
Carrot grated – 1
Onion finely chopped – 1
Ginger grated – 1 piece
Cumin – 1 tsp
Red chili – 1/2 tsp
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Green chili chopped – 2

Recipe
- To make Mix Veg Paratha, first of all wash all the vegetables thoroughly and then cut them and boil them on low heat.
- Now take flour in a big utensil and mash all the vegetables and add all the spices and knead a soft dough by adding water.
- After this, keep this kneaded dough covered with a cloth for 15 minutes.
- Now to make the paratha, heat a nonstick pan on medium heat.
- Till you make a dough of flour and roll it in the shape of a paratha.
- After this, you spread oil or ghee on the pan, and when it is hot, put it on the paratha pan.
- After this, roast the paratha well by applying ghee from both the sides.
