Mint Jaljeera: Consuming mint in the summer season gives you coolness. This is very beneficial for health. You can use mint in many ways. Mint chutney is eaten a lot in summer. But if you feel like drinking something that cools you from inside and is also beneficial for your health, then you can make and drink a tasty jaljeera made of mint.

Its test is so good that whether it is a child or an adult, everyone likes it very much. Also, with its regular intake, you can also save yourself from getting dehydrated. If you are coming from outside or someone is going to come to your house, then you can make a refreshing drink quickly using mint.

In today’s article, we are bringing a very easy to make Mint Jaljeera recipe. Let us know how you can make Jaljeera at your home. You can also prepare its paste and keep it in the fridge, and you can make and drink it whenever you feel like it.

Mint Jaljeera: Ingredients

400 g sugar
200 ml water
1 cup mint leaves
1 tbsp ginger (grated)
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp rock salt
Few tbsp green color (optional)
piece of ice

Recipe

  • To make Pudina Jaljeera Mint Jaljeera, first add sugar and water in a pan and cook on low heat.
  • When the sugar dissolves well in water, add mint leaves, cumin powder, grated ginger to it.
  • After this, add rock salt, green color to it and boil for a few seconds.
  • Now your jaljeera paste is ready, filter it and keep it in a glass vessel.
  • When a guest comes to your house, you put 1 teaspoon of this prepared paste in the serving glass.
  • After this, you add water to it and also add lemon juice.
  • Now put ice cubes on top, and garnish with lemon slices with mint leaves and serve to the guests at home.
