Mint Jaljeera: Ingredients
400 g sugar
200 ml water
1 cup mint leaves
1 tbsp ginger (grated)
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp rock salt
Few tbsp green color (optional)

Recipe
- To make Pudina Jaljeera Mint Jaljeera, first add sugar and water in a pan and cook on low heat.
- When the sugar dissolves well in water, add mint leaves, cumin powder, grated ginger to it.
- After this, add rock salt, green color to it and boil for a few seconds.
- Now your jaljeera paste is ready, filter it and keep it in a glass vessel.
- When a guest comes to your house, you put 1 teaspoon of this prepared paste in the serving glass.
- After this, you add water to it and also add lemon juice.
- Now put ice cubes on top, and garnish with lemon slices with mint leaves and serve to the guests at home.
