You must have eaten a lot of rice rice and you must have been eating it since the beginning, but today’s recipe i.e. millet rice is going to be prepared, which definitely takes some time to prepare but it is very tasty in taste. Let’s tell the famous recipe of Rajasthan (Rajasthan Famous Food) to make millet rice.

Millet Rice Recipe: Ingredients

  • 300 grams – millet flour
  • 1 tbsp – Rice
  • 1 tbsp – Ghee
  • 750 grams – water

Process

  • To make bajra rice, first of all peel and clean the bajra.
  • After this, wet it by adding some water.
  • Now pound it, so that all the husk present in it gets separated.
  • Wash it two to three times with clean water.
  • In this way the migi of the market will be cleared.
  • First wash the rice thoroughly in water one to two times.
  • Now put a cooker on the gas and heat the water in it.
  • After this put rice and millet migi in the cooker.
  • Also add ghee and stir well.
  • Cover the cooker and let it whistle for 1 whistle.
  • After this, cook in low flame for about 8 minutes and turn off the gas.
  • Just in this way Bajre ka Bhat will be ready in just 15 minutes.
  • You can consume it with curd, curry, lentils etc.
