Millet Rice Recipe: Ingredients
- 300 grams – millet flour
- 1 tbsp – Rice
- 1 tbsp – Ghee
- 750 grams – water
Process
- To make bajra rice, first of all peel and clean the bajra.
- After this, wet it by adding some water.
- Now pound it, so that all the husk present in it gets separated.
- Wash it two to three times with clean water.
- In this way the migi of the market will be cleared.
- First wash the rice thoroughly in water one to two times.
- Now put a cooker on the gas and heat the water in it.
- After this put rice and millet migi in the cooker.
- Also add ghee and stir well.
- Cover the cooker and let it whistle for 1 whistle.
- After this, cook in low flame for about 8 minutes and turn off the gas.
- Just in this way Bajre ka Bhat will be ready in just 15 minutes.
- You can consume it with curd, curry, lentils etc.
