- Milk – 2 cups,
- apple-1,
- Dry fruits – 2 spoons,
- Sugar – 1 tsp,
- Dates – 2

- First of all, heat the milk in a pan and put the dates in it and leave it for some time.
- When the milk cools down, put it in the mixer, add dates along with it.
- Now wash and clean the apple and chop it finely.
- Now put the apple in the mixer as well and now blend everything well for 5 minutes.
- Check it if everything is blended well then you understand that your apple milkshake is ready.

Mango Milkshake: Ingredients
ripe mango – 1,
Milk – 1 cup,
Sugar – 1 tsp,
Cardamom-powder-1/3 tsp,
Dry fruits – 2 tbsp (optional)

- To make Mango Milkshake, first of all boil the milk in a vessel.
- After this, you keep it to cool, till then you peel the mango and separate its pulp.
- Now put this mango pulp in the mixer and grind it.
- After this, you also add milk and sugar to this paste.
- Now blend all these things and add cardamom powder to it.
