Melon 01 kg, milk 1/2 litre, sugar 03 tbsp, cardamom 7-8 pieces, ice 01 tray
Recipe
To make cantaloupe shake or cantaloupe milkshake, first of all you have to take cantaloupe. After this wash it well and then peel it. After this, take out the seeds of the melon and keep it aside and cut it into small pieces.
Very fine grinding
After this, take cardamom and peel it well and grind cardamom seeds finely and make powder out of it. After this, add melon, sugar and cardamom in the mixer and grind it. (Keep in mind that it has to be grinded very finely.)
Do everything like this
After this add cold milk to it and either grind it well once again or stir it well. After this, if you want, you can also put ice in it and then grind it well. After this melon shake is ready. Take it out in a serving plate and then garnish it with dry fruits and serve it.
