Masala Pasta Recipe: Ingredients
- 2 cups – Pasta
- 1- Onion chopped
- 2-3- Tomatoes chopped
- 1 tsp – ginger chopped
- 1 tablespoon – of mozzarella cheese
- 1 pinch – of chilli flakes
- 1 tsp – red chilli powder
- 1 tsp – tomato sauce
- 1 tsp – eggless mayonnaise
- 1- Green chilli chopped
- 2 tbsp – coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tbsp – oil
- Salt – as per taste
Method:
- First of all, put water in a vessel and heat it and when the water starts boiling, put the pasta in it.
- Boil the pasta for 5-6 minutes so that it becomes completely soft.
- After that, with the help of a sieve, drain all the water from the pasta.
- Then pour cold water over the pasta, and keep it aside and now finely chop the tomatoes, onions, green chillies and ginger.
- After chopping all these things, put them in a mixer jar and grind them.
- After that, take out the prepared paste in a bowl and now take a pan and heat oil by adding oil to it.
- When the oil becomes hot, add the prepared paste and fry it.
- After stirring the paste for 1-2 minutes, add eggless mayonnaise, tomato sauce, cheese and red chilli powder to it and mix.
- Then add salt as per taste
- After mixing all the ingredients and cooking for some time, add boiled pasta to it.
- Then mix it well with the help of a ladle and coat it with the spices.
- Now reduce the flame of the gas, cook the pasta for 2-3 minutes and then turn off the gas.
- Tasty Masala Pasta is ready, serve it hot
