Masala Munakka Recipe: Ingredients
- 1 bowl of seedless raisins
- two spoons of desi ghee
- black salt as per taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder

- To make Masala Raisins, take raisins without seeds in a bowl. In simple language, first, take out the seeds from all the dry grapes and keep them aside. After this, you have to turn on the gas. Now lighten the knob.
- Heat the griddle on low flame. After this, put about two spoons of desi ghee on the griddle and heat it. Now you have to put raisins in the pan one by one and cook it till it turns light brown. When you see its colour turning light brown, turn off the gas.
- Now take out the raisins in a bowl to cool. After it cools down, you have to add black salt and black pepper as per taste. In this way, the Masala Munakka will be ready. You can serve it for dinner.
