Masala Chaas Recipe: Ingredients
- 2 cups curd
- 2 tsp cumin powder (roasted)
- 1/2 tsp green chili
- 1/4 cup mint leaves chopped
- 1/4 cup green coriander leaves
- 1 tsp black salt
- to taste table salt
Method
- To make masala buttermilk, you have to first take mint leaves and coriander leaves.
- After this clean them and then wash them thoroughly with clean water.
- After this take a mixer and add mint leaves, green coriander leaves and chopped green chillies and grind them well.
- Then you have to take half a cup of curd and add cumin powder and black salt to it and grind it until smooth.
- After this, take out this paste in a vessel and keep it.
- Then take the remaining curd and add salt as per taste and two and a half cups of cold water to it.
- After this, churn the curd well. (churn for 3 to 5 minutes)
- Then your cold-cold buttermilk full of taste is ready.
- Now you can serve it by filling it in a serving glass and putting ice cubes on top.
