Mango Ketchup Recipe: Ingredients

  • Mango – 5
  • Ginger – 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Vinegar – 3 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Sugar – half cup
  • White wine – half cup
  • Black pepper powder – half tsp
  • Clove – 1
  • Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp
  • water – half

Mango Ketchup Recipe

  • To make Mango Ketchup, first of all wash and peel the mangoes thoroughly.
  • After this you separate its kernels and separate the pulp.
  • Put the pulp in the mixer and prepare a fine paste.
  • After this, you put a pan on the gas to heat it.
  • When it gets hot enough, then you put mango pulp in it.
  • Now add all the spices mentioned along with the mango pulp.
  • After this, cook all the things well.
  • Then add half a cup of water and sugar and let it cook for about 10 more minutes.
  • When the mixture becomes half, turn off the gas.
  • When it cools down, you can keep it in a container and store it in the fridge.
