Often you people would make and eat parathas, you must have eaten potato parathas, paneer parathas, onion parathas many times. But today we are going to tell you about Malai Paratha. Cream is nutritious but some people do not like to eat it. If you are also one of those people, then you can make and eat Parathas of Malai. If your child goes to school, you can make this nutritious paratha for him as well and keep it in the tiffin. Let’s know how to make Malai’s Tasty Paratha.

Malai Paratha: Ingredients

  • Milk cream – 1 cup
  • Flour – 1 bowl
  • Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar powder – as per taste
  • Desi ghee – as required
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Method

  • To make Malai Paratha, first take flour in a bowl.
  • Now add a pinch of salt to it and mix it well.
  • After this, add water little by little to the flour and knead the dough.
  • Knead the dough slightly soft, and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  • After this take a bowl and add cream to it, and add sugar powder to it.
  • Now with the help of a spoon, mix both of them properly.
  • Now take a ball of dough and keep it on a flat surface and roll it into a round shape.
  • Now put a little creamy mixture in it, and seal it from all sides.
  • After this, roll the roti into a round shape with a light hand.
  • Now put a nonstick pan on the flame to heat it.
  • When the pan becomes hot, pour some ghee on it and spread it all around.
  • After this put the paratha on the griddle and roast it.
  • After baking for some time, turn the paratha and apply ghee on the upper side.
  • Now apply ghee on both the sides and roast the paratha till it turns golden brown.
  • When the paratha gets roasted well from both the sides, take it out in a plate.
  • Likewise prepare all the parathas.
  • Now serve these parathas with sauce.
  • Eaters will like these cream parathas so much that they will not be able to live without praising.
