From dieters to children, these healthy snacks will be liked very much. Along with this, it also fills the stomach, and it is also very tasty to eat. If you want to eat something tasty and healthy, then you can try chaat made from Makhana.

Makhana Chaat Recipe: Ingredients

  • 3 cups makhana
  • 2 tbsp desi ghee
  • Finely chopped 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes finely chopped
  • Curd 2 tbsp
  • Sugar half teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Chaat masala as per taste
  • Red chilli powder half teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder two to three pinches
  • Half cup salted sev
  • Coriander leaves

Recipe

To make Makhana Chaat, first, heat a pan and add ghee to it. Put makhana in hot desi ghee and fry on low flame. When it gets roasted a lot, turn off the gas and let it cool down. Take out the cooled makhana in a deep bowl. Now add finely chopped onion, tomato, sugar and curd to it and mix. Now after this add masala chaat, red chilli, and salt to it. Then mix it well and finally add chopped coriander and salted sev. Mix well and your Makhana Chatpata Chaat is ready. Serve it with tea.
